COLOR OF THE WEEK - INDIA YELLOW

marigold - such a cheery color! it's so warm, vibrant, but still cozy. of our go-to marigold colors is india yellow by farrow and ball. it's a soft, yet strong. it's loud, but not overwhelming. it's saturated without being too saturated where it'd overpower the room. this color works well in spaces that see lots of natural light or gets at least some partial natural light. it's soft enough for a nursery or primary bedroom. it's really perfect! it just makes you smile ear to ear. see how we worked with india yellow below.

here we went with india yellow and drenched the entire room with it! we paired it with textures like the mohair area rug, velvet headboard, linen bedding, and leather nightstands. the color works well with ornate mouldings and really makes the murano chandelier pop and take center stage!

here we went with india yellow for a sunroom in harlem! it's so appropriate for a sun room - it really glows. we paired the color with with a low shag carpet and mohair upholstered built-in sofa, both the same color family!

here we went with india yellow for a nursery in hoboken, new jersey! we paired it with a lot of warm woods and an amber color chandelier.
